Lisa R. Hernandez
About
Lisa is an experienced attorney with a wealth of knowledge in the areas of personal injury law, litigation, and negotiations. She began her educational career at the College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina where she attained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and studied abroad in Annot, France. Since then, Lisa has gone on to pursue a Juris Doctorate and a Masters of Law (LLM) in Employment Law at John Marshall Law School in Atlanta, Georgia. She holds several certifications as a Mediator, Federal EEO Investigator, Title IX Investigator, and a Georgia Real Estate License.
As a licensed professional, Lisa has been admitted to practice in the Georgia Superior Court, Georgia Court of Appeals, Georgia Supreme Court, United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, and the U.S. Supreme Court. She has held leadership positions with the American Bar Association, State Bar of Georgia, and Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys. Lisa has also been nationally recognized as a Rising Star by the Georgia Super Lawyers.
